In only three sessions, you will learn simple strategies to
  • Take control and effectively manage tantrums, whining, disobedience and disrespectful behaviours 
  • Regain calmness and improve your own and your child's frustration tolerance
  • Increase desirable behaviours such as listening, respecting others and following directions
  • Encourage development of your child's brain for good choices and social adjustment
  • Rediscover the joys of parenthood and restore closeness with your loved ones

    An open group teaching an array of psychological coping skills including:

    • Mindfulness
